Community Team Careers

We have four key positions that make up our Community Teams:

Our Community Managers are business leaders who are responsible for the operations of an apartment community. They ensure their community provides a quality living environment for residents and a positive, productive workplace for staff. Community Managers set the standard for Leasing Consultants and help guide and train them in the best ways to identify the needs of prospective and current residents and respond to those needs with exceptional service. Leasing Consultants are responsible for assisting customers through the leasing process. This includes all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents is essential to this position. Search open Leasing Consultant positions.

Our Service Managers are maintenance leaders who are responsible for community maintenance and facilities operations. They provide direction to the Community Service Team and ensure service activities are within budget and on schedule. Service Managers demonstrate aptitude in all general maintenance functions. A Service Technician is a hands-on professional who acts under the direction of the Service Manager and performs installations, repairs, and replacements for an apartment community. The ideal Service Technician has a jack-of-all-trades aptitude for appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, machine and equipment repair, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and carpentry/framing.
